Location : The vineyards extend over chalk clay slopes to the east of the Gironde and 55 kilometres from Bordeaux at the edge of the Saint Emilion appellation.
Surface area : 31.50 hectares
Varieties  : Merlot 60 %
Cabernet sauvignon 30 %
Cabernet franc 10%
Vinification : Modern facilities with temperature controlled stainless steel vats. Red wines are fermented between 3 to 5 weeks using micro-oxygenation to soften the wine. Ageing in oak barrels for one year for the Prestige label.
Production : Dependant on the harvest and ultimately the weather. Potential to make 150,000 bottles.
Tasting Notes : Red wines are a lovely deep bordeaux red colour in exceptional vintages. Fruit forward on the nose and a good, balanced structure and tannins on the palate. These wines can be enjoyed immediately or kept for some years prior to drinking. The rose wines should be drunk within 2 years of being released to enjoy their fruity appeal.
